Eligibility Criteria For AISCT High School Scholarship
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be born between 1 August 2010 and 1 September 2011.
- Have completed Grade 8 or be entering Grade 9 in 2025.
- Reside in Cape Town or have the ability to live in Cape Town with family/guardians.
- Demonstrate proven financial need.
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Have high academic achievement in an English-language curriculum.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and a commitment to service.
- Agree to abide by AISCT rules and policies.
How to apply for AISCT High School Scholarship
- Submit Online Application: Apply via the AISCT High School Scholarship Application 2025 platform. Register an account before logging in to apply.
- Upload Supporting Documents: Ensure all required documents are submitted:
- Birth certificate and vaccination record
- ID documents of parents/guardians
- Complete school reports for Grades 7 and 8 and available Grade 9 term reports
- Written tasks:
- Personal Narrative (max 250 words): Introduce yourself, showcasing your personality, hobbies, aspirations, or unique experiences.
- Educational CV (max 500 words): Highlight extracurricular activities, leadership roles, academic awards, and community involvement.
- Tax statement or IRP5
- Email address of the current school for the referral form
- Send Email Confirmation: After submission, email admissions@aisct.org with your full name.
Note: All written tasks must be in legible 12-point font, double-spaced, or neatly handwritten on lined paper.
