WBHO is offering a bursary program for the 2025 academic year.

If you are studying in the fields of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, this opportunity could be for you. 

Study Fields Covered by the Bursary

The WBHO bursary is available for students pursuing undergraduate degrees in:

• Construction Management (BSc)
• Civil Engineering (BSc / BEng)
• Quantity Surveying (BSc)

Bursary Coverage

The WBHO bursary helps students by covering important study-related costs. 

This includes tuition fees, textbooks, and possibly other necessary expenses related to your studies. 

However, the exact coverage details will depend on WBHO’s funding policies.

Funding Duration and Renewal

The bursary is awarded for one academic year at a time. 

If you continue to perform well in your studies, you may be able to renew your bursary for the next year. 

Renewal is usually based on academic performance and adherence to WBHO’s bursary terms and conditions.

Who Can Apply?

To apply for the WBHO bursary, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be a South African citizen
2. Have completed Matric
3. Be studying full-time towards an undergraduate qualification in one of the listed fields
4. Be enrolled at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa

1. Download and complete the WBHO Bursary Application Form 2025 (.pdf).
2. Prepare the required supporting documents, including:
   • Certified copy of your ID document
   • Certified copy of your Matric certificate
   • Full academic record from your tertiary institution (on official letterhead)
   • Proof of registration for the current academic year (on official letterhead)
   • Official tuition statement for all study-related expenses
   • One passport-sized colour photograph
   • Your Curriculum Vitae (CV)
3. Submit your application via email to both of the following addresses:

4. Use the correct email subject line: “WBHO Bursary Application 2025”
